We ship all gemstones and jewellery through the National Gem and Jewellery Authority (NGJA), Sri Lanka, ensuring strict handling and documentation for every item.

We offer complimentary secure, insured, express shipping worldwide on all orders.

Insurance & Safety

  • All shipments are fully insured up to the invoiced value until the package reaches you.
  • Every item is packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once delivered to the customer’s address, the insurance coverage ends.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via FedEx / TNT.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customs inspections and clearance processes are beyond our control.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other applicable import fees charged by their country.
